Our commitment to your safety

Dear Valued Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months and we are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same:

Our Commitment to YOUR Safety

Infection control has always been top priority for our practice, you may have seen this during one of your visits to our office. Dentistry was already good, however, now we have to be extraordinary in our infection control so you receive care that is both safe and comfortable. We want to share our infection control policies and procedures with you that we follow in our practice to continue keeping our patients and staff safe.

About Flower Mound Dental: William E. Wyatt Jr. DSS

ADA, CDC, OSHA
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of the agencies so we are up-to-date on any new rulings that may be issued.

You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and our staff. For example:

  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask required screening questions, You will be asked the same questions again when you arrive at the office
  • You will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you enter the office, hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office for your use as needed
  • Our waiting room will be free from magazines, coffee, etc., as these items are difficult to clean and sanitize
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients, so initially you may be offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as reduce the number of patients in the guest area at any one time.

Looking Forward

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at (972) 351-8555 or visit our website at www.flowermounddental.com.

Thank you for being our patient and friend. We value your trust and loyalty, look forward to welcoming you back!!

Sincerely,

Dr. William E. Wyatt, Jr. and Team
